What’s the most convenient way to travel to and from Castleton Farms?
Shuttle service will be provided between the two host hotels—Staybridge Suites and Aloft—and the venue. Ahead of the ceremony, shuttles will begin loading at 3:30 p.m. at the Aloft and depart promptly at 3:45 p.m. The shuttles will then begin loading at the Staybridge Suites at 4:00 p.m. and depart at 4:15 p.m. After the reception, two shuttle departures will be available to transport guests to both host hotels. The first shuttle will depart Castleton at 9:30 p.m., followed by the final departure at 11:15 p.m.
What time should guests arrive at Castleton Farms before the ceremony begins?
We suggest arriving at the venue by 5:00 p.m. to ensure a smooth start.
Is parking available at Castleton Farms?
Yes, there is free on-site parking available. However, if you choose to drive to the wedding, we recommend not leaving your vehicle at the venue overnight.
Is transportation required between the ceremony and the reception?
No, all wedding festivities on Saturday, May 17, will take place at Castleton Farms (150 Cedar Grove Road, Loudon, TN, 37774).
Is the wedding taking place indoors or outdoors?
The ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outdoors in the vineyard, while the reception will take place in an open-air covered pavilion. Guests will walk along paved pathways to the vineyard but will need to step on grass briefly to take their seats and during the cocktail hour. For this reason, stiletto or thin heels are not recommended.
What is the recommended dress code for the wedding?
The dress code for our wedding is black tie optional. We kindly request that you wear a tuxedo or suit with a tie. Alternatively, an evening gown or a midi- or knee-length cocktail dress would be perfectly appropriate. Spring florals and colors are encouraged.
Are children allowed at the wedding?
While we love your little ones, we've decided to keep the wedding adult-only, with the exception of children in the immediate family and children over 10 from the extended family. We hope you understand and can join us for this special day!
