Unfortunately, May 16–18, 2025, coincides with the University of Tennessee's graduation weekend, which has led to higher-than-usual hotel rates. However, we’ve worked hard to coordinate a few hotel options for your convenience.

We strongly encourage booking as soon as possible, as availability is limited and prices outside of our coordinated blocks are expected to continue rising as the wedding weekend approaches.

Due to limited availability at a single hotel and challenges in securing accommodations, we’ve arranged hotel blocks at two different locations for your convenience.

The hotels are listed in order of preference, as we plan to stay at the Staybridge Suites and would love for our friends and family to join us there!

Transportation will be provided from the Staybridge and the Aloft to and from the wedding venue on the day of the wedding. If a significant number of guests plan to stay at a different hotel near the Turkey Creek area, we can explore adding transportation options—just reach out to Claire Boudwin (865-308-3800) if this applies.

Our venue, Castleton Farms, partners with McKibbon Hospitality to offer discounted rates at various Marriott and Hilton hotels in Knoxville. A 20% discount is automatically applied when booking through the links on our website.

The discount is based on each hotel's best available rate and may fluctuate. It is subject to availability and might not apply during peak times, so we encourage everyone to book early. The discount only applies when using the links provided on our website, not through direct hotel bookings.

Ahead of the ceremony, shuttles will begin loading at 3:30 p.m. at the Aloft and depart promptly at 3:45 p.m. The shuttles will then begin loading at the Staybridge Suites at 4:00 p.m. and depart at 4:15 p.m. After the reception, two shuttle departures will be available to transport guests to both host hotels. The first shuttle will depart Castleton at 9:30 p.m., followed by the final departure at 11:15 p.m.
